US Navy SEAL Chief Petty Officer III Michael Adams is a veteran of Iraq, Nigeria and a P.O.W from the North Koreans who tortured him for three years. When he was released, he retired with 2 Silver Stars, P.O.W Medal, the Navy Cross and Purple Heart. As a result of his emprisonment he gained P.T.S.D and was forced to divorce his wife. Several years later he is captured by a North Korean Army General who captured him in Korea, who informs him that he has placed a bomb in Michael wife's head. The only way the General will remove the bomb is if Michael kills a US Senator who is a former Navy SEAL who served alongside Michael and plans to force North Korea to surrender and stop harrassing, murdering and enslaving the Japanese and South Korean Civilians.
