Navy S.E.A.L Lieutenant Commander David Mason is the son of United States Marine Corps Captain Strongman Alex Mason and they are both at war with Cocaine dealer and National Terrorist Raul Mennendez. Eventually Mennendez attacks the city of Los Angelas with his Private Army of 2 Billion, Mexican Navy and the Nicaraguan Army and Air Force.
